I should give a spoiler warning. But Skyrim in the title should give that away.
Anyway, while playing Skyrim, a variety of things happened during my experience that were rather hilarious. This is one of them.
EXPLAINING JOKE FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T HAD THIS YET OR DON'T GET IT:
So Lydia is a character that follows you once you've became a Thane. She hangs around in the stronghold if you want to find her, UNTIL you get a house. I got myself a house and immediately went to it to go get sleep to get some "Well Rested" before running out. When I woke up, I did a quick inventory check before turning around and jumping a mile at Lydia sitting on MY chair, eating MY bread, in MY goddamn room! I literally pulled out my bow to kill her before realising it was her. I had enough trouble with the Dark Brotherhood already, don't need her scaring the shit out of me. Thing is, she seems to never use her own room. She's always sitting in mine, through the day and through the night, never really moving from that spot unless you tell her.
WHENEVER I DO A COMIC IDEA LIKE THIS especially on a game that's currently popular, I'm under the huge fear that someone else has done a comic based on this already. I REALLY hope no-one has. People have done things about Lydia before, but I haven't seen this yet, and thought I'd do my take on it.
I should go for an "Adventure Time" style with this for next time. These are meant to be silly comics, but I spent way too much time on Tilly's head.
Enjoy!
Skyrim belongs to Bethesda
EDIT: Jesus Christ, this is the most popular thing I think I've done in the past 6 years of drawing gumph.
Thank you everyone who has enjoyed this comic! Liek, fo srs. I never expected so many people to enjoy it, makes me a happy bunny!
EDIT 2: I'm afraid there will not be a part 2, or any more comics in the pipe related to Skyrim, if you're looking or waiting for it. Not long after this was done, I no longer had time for Skyrim, and all ideas I had for other comics became old and stale by the time I was done sketching. But again, thank you all for giving this so much love!
"What does it look like? I'm obviously watching you in your sleep."
"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"
and that is why I don't have a companion.
